We’re looking for someone who is…
- Proactive, energetic, and a natural doer – a self starter who thrives on execution and takes initiative
- Social and digital savvy: fluent across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging formats in multiple geographies
- Comfortable editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn) and creating visually engaging assets
- Design-aware with a great visual eye – understands how to keep things on-brand and beautiful
- An attention grabbing, readable copywriter who frames messages in innovative and captivating ways
- Culturally switched on and creatively curious – a misfit who gets what’s cool before it’s mainstream
- Organised and detail-driven, with the ability to juggle tasks and timelines
- Interested in storytelling, brand-building, and creating moments that connect
What you’ll do
- Execute the marketing strategy in partnership with the Head of New Business
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Edit and produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Help grow the visibility of the leadership team and founder across LinkedIn through content creation and strategic support
- Coordinate photography and video shoots: sourcing talent, managing logistics, and supporting art direction
- Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all content and collateral
- Curate and manage the content library (photos, videos, decks, campaign assets)
- Assist in the creation of lead-generating content:
- Support with newsletters and email marketing
- Build assets for targeted outreach and campaigns
- Turn new business strategies into compelling visual and written content
- Track performance across channels and suggest ways to optimise based on results
- Pitch in across broader marketing efforts including presentations, decks, case studies, and events
