Notified is hiring an Event Marketing Manager on the EMEA Marketing Team based out of London, England (central London office). This individual will report to the Sr Manager, EMEA Marketing, also based in London.

Role Overview
Notified seeks a results-driven Event Marketing Manager responsible for planning & executing in-person events such as tradeshows, customer summits, and other engagement marketing events across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of event planning, be detail-oriented, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. The role involves creating brand awareness, driving demand, educating customers, accelerating pipeline, and realizing ROI through various events.
Essential Duties
- Support and develop the EMEA event marketing plan, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, managing logistics, budgets, and reporting.
- Manage industry trade shows across EMEA, including vendor coordination, booth management, and post-event analysis.
- Support digital webinars with follow-up and nurturing processes.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with design teams for event branding and messaging.
- Analyze and report on event ROI using CRM and marketing tools.
- Negotiate contracts for various events.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or related field; equivalent work experience may suffice.
Experience
- 2-3 years in event marketing.
- Proven experience managing small budgets and multiple projects.
- Vendor and contractor management experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
