Robert Half is partnering with a niche educational business based in central London in search for their next HR Generalist.
Are you a people-first HR generalist who thrives in a hands-on role? We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Generalist to run the daily HR function.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you’ll be the go-to person for everything people-related — from recruitment, onboarding and performance to culture, compliance and employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, shaping and supporting a brilliant team in a business that values its people.
What you’ll do:
✔️ Own the full recruitment & onboarding lifecycle
✔️ Be the heart of HR operations using BambooHR & Excel
✔️ Champion employee engagement, culture and events
✔️ Support training, DEI initiatives & performance reviews
✔️ Advise on day-to-day people queries, processes & policies
What you’ll bring:
3–5 years of HR experience
Strong generalist skills and great attention to detail
A proactive, people-first mindset and problem-solving approach
Experience managing HR systems – BambooHR is a plus!
(Bonus: global HR exposure or a CIPD Level 3+)
