Job Description:

We’re working with a well-established organisation that’s investing in strategic social capability across Europe. This is a golden opportunity to step into a consultative, data-led social media role—working with big brands, performance targets, and senior stakeholders. The team is collaborative, insightful, and eager to drive measurable results.

The Social Media Strategy Specialist will shape and deliver best-in-class social approaches that go beyond content planning—building strategic frameworks, leading audits and training, and advising across multiple business units. You’ll also bring a sharp analytical eye to reporting, helping benchmark and improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with internal brand teams to shape social strategies
  • Leading training, social playbook updates, and agency engagement
  • Conducting social audits and performance reviews using tools like Google Analytics
  • Sharing insights and recommendations to improve follower growth and engagement
  • Collaborating with production/content teams to align strategic goals

You Will Need

  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and running internal workshops
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and stakeholder KPIs
  • Background in consulting, agency, or large-scale organization preferred
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end and influence cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, feedback-ready attitude that supports a high-performing culture

Apply now to take your career to the next level with a pioneering company. We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants. In line with the Equality Act 2010, we strive to create and maintain a working environment where everyone can make the best use of their skills, free from discrimination or harassment, and where all decisions are based on merit.
