About us

Our parent company, Curate Group, is a diverse collective of businesses formed to deliver and create innovative experiences for its consumers and clients. With a history rooted in pioneering hospitality across the UK, the Group has recently delivered industry-applauded events for some of the most exciting global brands.

Our Brands Team delivers leading events and experiences in the UK and overseas. Key brands include our country music brand, Life’s a Rodeo, daytime clubbing events, Beyond 30, and other touring events.

About the role

This hybrid role is based in the UK, requiring a mix of remote work and in-person engagement. You will drive social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, ticket acquisition, and content creation across various channels. Additionally, you will attend key events to ensure we have a library of engaging content.

You will work closely with the Brands Team Manager and our in-house Ads Manager to promote the business and expand our reach, growing our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the vision for each brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and ticket sales.
  • Create compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage the website's look, feel, and content in partnership with our ticketing partners.
  • Develop email campaigns and loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
  • Prepare marketing materials as needed.
  • Build an influencer program with brand ambassadors to expand reach and loyalty.
  • Organize content for paid ad campaigns and optimize conversion funnels for growth.
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs, making data-driven improvements.
  • Drive innovation and inspire our customers with new ways to engage and shop that increase conversions and sales.
  • Evaluate and respond to competitors' merchandising activities and customer trends.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Work with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality content from events.
  • Assist with inbound communications.
  • Establish processes to manage launches, communications, and workload efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for events and marketing.
  • Strong experience using Canva or other graphic design tools.
  • A courageous attitude towards sharing new ideas and creative thinking.
  • E-commerce knowledge/experience is a plus, as we look to expand the business.
  • Previous experience in an events or startup organization is beneficial but not essential.
  • Confidence in identifying, resolving, and escalating issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach.
  • A competitive salary with access to our annual bonus scheme (performance-based).
  • Eligibility for an additional company-wide bonus if financial targets are met.
  • 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and other public holidays, with extra days off at Christmas.
  • A flexible hybrid working policy.
  • Beautiful offices in London and Reading.
  • Work in a collaborative, fun, and respectful team environment aligned with our core values.
  • Maternity and paternity policies.
  • Opportunities to attend our events and concerts, and invite friends and family.
