Systems Trainer – Insurance

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £50,000

Job Type: Permanent

Are you an Insurance Systems Trainer with a passion for helping teams get the best out of their systems?

A leading insurance business in London are looking for a skilled trainer to deliver engaging and effective training on insurance software solutions, ensuring users can confidently navigate and maximise the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training sessions for insurance professionals on insurance platforms and related systems.
• Develop training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to different user levels.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on system updates and enhancements.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training approaches based on feedback.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in software training, ideally within the insurance sector.
• Understanding of insurance processes and relevant software solutions.
• Familiarity with OpenTwins or similar insurance software is a highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with e-learning tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Ability to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs.
