Prepare and manage service charge budgets, monitoring expenditures and providing insightful reporting to support financial decision-making.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management, with a track record of success in a similar role.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, to effectively manage data and communications.
