Be the Backbone as Our Night Transport Supervisor

Brentwood, Essex - Must drive due to location

4 on / 4 off | Nights (18:00-06:00 or 19:00-07:00)

£32,000 - £35,000 DOE

Full-Time - Permanent

The Mission:

As our Night Transport Supervisor, you'll be the night-time hero keeping things running smoothly. From coordinating drivers and tracking vehicle movements to solving problems on the fly—you'll make sure nothing stands in the way of delivering life-saving services.

What You'll Be:

1. Kicking off the shift by checking in with drivers and confirming routes
2. Track vehicle arrivals and log every crucial detail (fuel, mileage, setup… you name it)
3. Keep our data on point with accurate reporting and spreadsheets
4. Collaborate with customers and subcontractors—smooth communication is your thing
5. Solve real-time challenges with confidence and calm
6. Support route planning and prep drivers with everything they need
7. Be the go-to person during the night shift—you're in control

1. A cool-headed problem solver with a background in transport or logistics
2. Thrive under pressure and enjoy night shifts
3. Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
4. CPC qualification or knowledge of driver regs? Big bonus!
5. Tech-savvy with good admin and planning skills
6. A confident communicator with a “get it done” attitude
