What You’ll Do:

• Coach & Motivate – Provide tailored training to clients of all fitness levels, helping them reach their goals safely and effectively.
• Educate & Inspire – Teach proper exercise techniques, offer nutritional advice, and keep clients motivated.
• Build Community – Foster an encouraging and inclusive gym environment where members feel supported.
• Lead by Example – Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and maintain your own high standard of fitness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
• Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Strong communication skills – approachable, friendly, and motivational.
• Experience working with a variety of clients, from beginners to advanced gym-goers.
• Ability to adapt workouts to different fitness levels and needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
