You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team providing planned care and delivering the highest standards of patient care within the ED. You will embrace the challenge of working as a Nursing Associate in a highly diverse environment. You will be registered with the NMC and have experience of working in an acute hospital environment.
As a nursing associate in the Emergency Department, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to meet the needs of the department day to day. This includes assisting with basic nursing care through to caring for your own caseload of patients.
You will need to have experience of working in an acute hospital environment as well as a Nursing Associate or Assistant Practitioner qualification at level 4. Experience of working with patients acutely unwell would be an advantage.
