Banking Solicitor – London £80000+
Banking solicitor is required by this top 100 law firm to join its London corporate department.
Role Overview
The banking team sits within the firm’s Corporate team and provides advice on a wide range of finance transactions. You will assist partners and manage your own caseload of real estate and banking transactions acting for a range of lenders, borrowers and fund managers.
Candidate Profile
This role would be suitable for someone with the following:

  1. Experience in banking or corporate finance work is essential. As a guide our client is looking for someone with at least 5 years experience.
  2. Real estate finance experience would be advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
  4. Good level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.
  5. Willing and able to get involved in client and business development.
