Product Manager (Education)

Full-time, Permanent

Hybrid, 1-2 days p/w from London

Salary: £55K-£59K

We are looking for a driven Product Manager professional to lead the development and management of a portfolio of education products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and industry needs for a non-profit awarding association.

About the Role

As a Product Manager (Education), you will play a key role in shaping and growing a portfolio of apprenticeship and qualification products, plus support services. You will work closely with internal teams, regulators, training providers, and industry stakeholders to maintain high-quality, compliant, and market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of qualifications from development to review and retirement
• Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to drive engagement and growth
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accreditation requirements
• Collaborate with specialists to define and develop new product proposals
• Use data and insights to support product strategy and decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the product portfolio
• Work with marketing and sales teams to drive product engagement

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in product development within education or training

Understanding of education regulations and accreditation processes

Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

Financial acumen and experience in budget management

Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset
