Job Title: Paid Advertising Manager
Location: West London (5 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus and benefits
Forsyth Barnes is recruiting for an experienced Paid Advertising Manager on behalf of our client, a leading brand in the retail sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven digital marketing professional to take ownership of high-budget, multi-channel paid media campaigns and drive growth across key markets, including the UK, US, and EMEA regions.
The role will focus primarily on performance marketing strategies for a well-known brand portfolio, requiring expertise in paid search, social advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through innovative and data-driven advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact paid advertising campaigns to achieve key objectives (ROAS, brand awareness, lead generation, and sales).
- Manage paid media accounts, optimizing performance, budget allocation (£1M+), and bidding strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality ad content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Optmyzr, Acquisio, Adalysis) to enhance campaign performance.
- Identify key audience segments and implement targeted ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Research and test new paid advertising formats, tools, and platforms to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with wider marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Proven track record with large budgets (£1M+ per annum).
- D2C marketing experience, ideally in retail (agency background also considered).
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
