Seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage large-scale concrete frame, sub and superstructure projects in London City.

The Contractor:

Is a leading specialist contractor in London, renowned for delivering high-quality concrete frame (30+ floors), sub and superstructure, groundworks, and civil engineering services. With a strong presence within the M25 are committed to excellence in construction, safety, and innovation.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on high-profile projects, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage concrete frame, sub and superstructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead site teams, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain programme and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to site staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the concrete frame, sub and superstructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of RC frames, groundworks, and civil engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale construction projects in London.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
