Kenna Recruitment are representing a leading fit out contractor who is actively seeking to recruit a Construction Manager to join the team. My client has successfully won a range of large commercial fit-out and cut and carve projects across the London region including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a large clientele.

About the role:

As a Construction Manager, the main purpose you will have is delivering the projects from start to finish and liaising with a Project Manager, giving regular updates on progression and deadlines. You will also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are performing correctly, safely, and on time, meeting the project program while delivering the project to the high standard the client expects.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial fit-out schemes Cat A & Cat B, varying from £1 million to £20 million in value, and will be working alongside the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the project is delivered safely through to completion.
  • Maintain the highest standard of work.
  • Provide regular updates on project status.
