The Opportunity:

You will play a key leadership role, advising banks, financial institutions, and borrowers across a broad range of banking and finance matters, including:

• Acquisition & Leveraged Finance
• Syndicated Finance
• Property Investment & Development Finance
• Renewable Energy Finance

With a strong client base and steady workflow, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the practice while enjoying the full support of a highly regarded team.

About You

• You should have at least 10 years PQE in Banking and Finance matters
• You should have experience in acting for lenders on real estate finance transactions and development finance transactions
• You will have experience in managing and mentoring junior solicitors and trainees
