Job Description

GM Recruitment are recruiting a Project Manager for our Developer client to lead the conversion of an existing commercial space into 115 residential units. Our client is a respected developer with an enviable list of projects. You are a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and excellent organisational abilities.

Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Co-Ordination (managing and co-ordinating all design consultants)
  2. Producing and regularly updating the construction programme
  3. Monitor and managing the project budget
  4. Stakeholder management and reporting (managing upwards and providing regular reports to equity partners, lender and other stakeholders)

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

  1. Proven experience working for a Developer in a Project Manager role
  2. A strong track record of managing high-quality developer projects to successful completion, on time and within budget
  3. Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage project teams effectively
  4. Solid understanding of UK construction industry standards, techniques, and health and safety regulations
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  6. Proficiency in construction-related software and tools for project tracking and reporting
  7. Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a similar field are advantageous
