Personal attributes and qualifications

  • Be passionate about a net-zero environment, excited by innovation, and proactive in your pursuit of it.
  • Have a Master’s in mechanical, manufacturing, or aeronautical engineering.

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of engineering drawings, including GD&T (BS or ASME Standards).
  • Have knowledge of measurement techniques and an understanding of how to use them.
  • Be knowledgeable about emerging manufacturing technologies, including ALM and laser processing.
  • Thrive in a startup environment as a self-starter and proactively identify problems and pursue solutions.
  • Have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Have run multiple supplier selection activities where you identified, evaluated, selected, contracted, and negotiated the manufacture of component parts.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve cost and timescale objectives without losing sight of the long-term goal.
