About Us:Join our dynamic team at (Your Company Name), where we are committed to delivering excellence in construction and project management. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations at our Greenwich site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:Lead and manage the logistics team to ensure efficient operations.
• Waste Management:Oversee waste management processes to maintain a clean and safe site.
• Traffic and Pedestrian Plan Management:Develop and manage the project traffic/pedestrian plan, ensuring it is executed flawlessly.
• Delivery Management:Coordinate deliveries into the project building, including offloading and unloading activities.
• Delivery System Administration:Administer the delivery system using Biosite technology.
• Environmental Reporting:Collect environmental and BREEAM figures monthly, liaising with the Kier Administrator and site managers.
• Signage Oversight:Ensure all directional and safety signage is correctly placed and maintained.
• Health & Safety Compliance:Responsible for all logistics company health and safety requirements on-site.
• Welfare and Hoarding Management:Manage welfare areas and conduct regular hoarding inspections.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• CSCS Card:Possession of a Gold or Black CSCS card is essential.
• SMSTS Certification:Completion of the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course.
• First Aid Certification:A valid First Aid certification from a 3-day course.
• SEATS Course:Completion of the Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS) course.
