Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with a leading Insure-Tech on the growth of their Human Resources function in London. This role works in harmony with their newly created HR Operations team to deliver services as part of Benefits, People MI, Data Management, Offboarding, Compensation and Administration. This role operates as number two to their Head of HR Operations, as a player-coach to the wider team with some management responsibilities.
We're looking for someone who strives in complex, fast-paced and constant everchanging environments. The business is also going through huge Workday integration, so experience with this system is a need.
