Job Description

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with a leading Insure-Tech on the growth of their Human Resources function in London. This role works in harmony with their newly created HR Operations team to deliver services as part of Benefits, People MI, Data Management, Offboarding, Compensation and Administration. This role operates as number two to their Head of HR Operations, as a player-coach to the wider team with some management responsibilities.


We're looking for someone who strives in complex, fast-paced and constant everchanging environments. The business is also going through huge Workday integration, so experience with this system is a need.

Responsibilities:


  • Management of the first line support and service for internal/external queries via email, phone and/or HR Service Now once implemented.
  • Support the VP, Benefits & HR Operations with the HR Shared Services strategy, focusing on the HR Operations service and delivery in preparation for Workday.
  • During the Workday project, act as Workday SME for HR Operations.
  • Provide functional knowledge and expertise on local requirements, covering HR business processes and legal/statutory requirements.
  • Manage the HR Operations function's review and input as requested on design requirements, test materials, configuration, training materials.
  • Collaborate with COEs and Project teams to implement the rollout of further initiatives as the HR Operations function evolves.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience with a TUPE process
  • Previous experience with US & Canadian benefits management
  • Experience leading large-scale HR Operations projects
  • Experience with mentoring team members
  • Previous exposure to a Workday HRIS implementation
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and payroll in day-to-day activities
  • Experience operating in demanding, financial services environments
