Job Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner (HR Project/OD focus), you will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy alongside the CPO and driving key initiatives to support organisational growth. You’ll partner with leadership teams to align HR practices with business goals, foster a positive culture, and lead talent development initiatives. The organisation is a privately owned real estate business.

You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focusing on management development, succession planning, and organisational design. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing employee engagement and ensuring HR practices align with the company’s evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead initiatives to embed the company’s culture and values as the business grows.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Design and deliver management development programs and competency frameworks.
  • Advise on organisational design and structure.
  • Implement HR initiatives across culture, learning & development, rewards, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement in people practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a growing and entrepreneurial business.
  • Ability to work full-time, 4 days in the London office with some travel when required.
  • Expertise in management development and competency frameworks. You will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience.
  • Successful track record of delivering HR projects that improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to HR solutions.

Working Pattern:

  • 4 days per week onsite at a central office location (close to Victoria station)
  • Occasional travel to other company locations in the UK
