Project Engineering Manager - Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers to deliver high-quality design and engineering management services.
• Oversee the design, planning, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration across all project phases.
• Champion continuous improvement by developing innovative engineering processes and promoting best practices.
• Act as the Principal Designer under CDM regulations, prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance throughout the design process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and their application in renewable energy projects.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring professionals across varying expertise levels.
• Expertise in design management for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong commercial awareness, particularly around contract compliance and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline (Chartered Engineer status preferred).
