Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistical strategies.
• Manage inventory and fulfilment systems.
• Oversee daily logistics operations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier and partner relationships.
• Lead and motivate a team to meet KPIs.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics.
• Solve logistical challenges efficiently.
• Ensure health and safety compliance through risk assessments.
• Continuously improve processes for cost and time efficiency.

The Person

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of logistics management experience.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management and fulfilment systems.
• Understanding of e-commerce business operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail.
• A positive, approachable attitude and resilience under pressure.
