Finance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Financial leadership in managing the month end and year end processes
  • Financial acumen in reconciling and analysing revenue streams and balance sheet accounts
  • Manage and oversee the year end audit process and provide support to budgeting and forecasting process
  • Manage the accounting team
  • Overseeing systems, transactions and management accounts
  • Streamline processes and procedures


Ideal Finance Manager profile:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach
  • Strong communicator with financial and management accounting experience
  • Good relationship building in working with key stakeholders across the business
  • Fascination - always looking at new efficient ways of working
  • Experience of working within complex organisational structure
  • SUN financial systems and SAP Concur experience would be an advantage
