Job Description

Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

Location: Southeast – Remote/Hybrid

Salary: Up to £48,000


We've partnered with an industry leading company, specialising in provided top tier products that make people's lives better. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic their next Regional HR Business Partner to join them on this important journey. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the regional leadership team; working to align business objectives with HR strategies, support on all elements of the employee lifecycle and foster a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive performance.
  • Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention; identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations; review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change, providing



Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years experience within in a business partner/manager level role
  • Must have experience within in a regional or multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships and HR Strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organisational change.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
