H&P are an industry leading, fast-paced and dynamic executive search firm with a passion for connecting people.

Established in 2019, we specialise in placing high-calibre professionals in senior level positions within the Legal, Financial Services and Quant industries.


In the past year, our legal team has grown exponentially. Now a team of seventeen, working across mainland Europe and the United states specialising in both Private Practice firms and In-House roles, they are looking for ambitious individuals who can join them and assist in leading this market growth, with the opportunity to build out a team below.

This growth is a direct result of the work our consultants have put in, paired with our focus on specialised development and support for every individual, which has generated ongoing success within the business.


Working across Europe and the US has enabled us to tap into thriving international markets, increasing our brand awareness across the world. This leads us to our very exciting plans for international development, with the aim to scale international offices in 2025/2026.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in an agency, 360 recruitment capacity focusing on the legal space, either across Europe or the US
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management
  • Experienced in utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and networking events
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to succeed
  • Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective time management and organizational skills


What we can offer
