The role:
As an Account Manager for our existing and newly acquired Charity clients, you will report directly into the Charities Account Director and work closely with the Charities Senior Account Managers to strategically plan and implement in-takes of learners across the full range of Corndel training programmes.
You will be supporting our use of data and reporting to analyse and improve ways of working, and leverage our impact to drive more growth within the team.
You will be joining an establish but fast growing team, which has seen impressive year on year growth in sales revenue
You will be responsible for managing Corndel’s Charity inbound enquiry inbox, distributing to the appropriate team member, or managing the opportunity yourself. You will have a particular focus on providing administrative support on our work with Membership Organisations, a very rewarding element of our work that unlocks learning opportunities for charities who cannot otherwise access the Apprenticeship Levy.
Strong administration skills are vital for this position, but you will also have the opportunity to learn and develop strong sales and relationship management skills through ownership of your own caseload of clients.
