We have been mandated by a tier one elite boutique Investment Bank to support the growth of their Analyst pool with a hire specifically from Professional Services.


If you're recently qualified accountant with exceptional academics and would like to transition into Front Office Financial Services, please apply to this role and we can pass over more details.


Responsibilities and skills developed after a year in the role:

  • Creation of complex financial models
  • Coordination and execution of business due diligence
  • Preparation of a preliminary evaluation analysis that supports discussions and negotiations with all stakeholders involved in the processes
  • Lead preparation of deal materials
  • Conduct analyses of the company's operational and financial performance, capital structure, legal documentation and valuation


Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Academics
  • Qualified ACA and/or CFA
  • Proven experience of being a top performer in the Big 4.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and financial mindset
  • Understanding of valuation theory, application, and methodology
  • Motivated person
