Manufacturing Supervisor - rotating shifts Location: Welwyn Garden City Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday - 2 week rotating shifts (5:45am - 2pm & 1:45pm - 10pm) Our client in Welwyn Garden City who are a leading supplier within their industry, are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to run both the AM & PM shift. You will be overseeing a team of 25 to manage performance and health & safety. Company Benefits: Car parking  Company social events, quarterly pizza days Optional private healthcare Progression opportunities  Manufacturing Supervisor - Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of 25, split into two shifts Run morning briefings, labour allocation between team Present at morning management meetings Set and achieve production output targets while meeting quality standards Maintain excellent health and safety standards in all production areas Provide training and support to team members Manufacturing Supervisor - Skills and Experience required: Experience leading a team Experience within a Production/Manufacturing environment Strong understanding/knowledge of Health & Safey (ideally 5s) Counterbalance forklift license would be a bonus Must be computer literate If you are interested in this position, please apply online with your most up to date CV.
