Job Description

THE CLIENT

Our client are one of the globally dominant Investment Banks. They are looking to add an Analyst to their debt advisory team based here in London. This role offers the chance to work alongside top professionals in the field, where your expertise and ambition will contribute to success within a collaborative, high-performing environment


THE ROLE

Your key responsibilities will be as follows;

  • Providing daily support on financing advisory mandates across various sectors, with a focus on infrastructure assets
  • Conducting financial modeling, including DCF, LBO, merger models, and models for infrastructure assets and debt
  • Performing industry and company research, as well as generating marketing concepts and materials
  • Creating marketing presentations, information memoranda, and other transaction-related documentation
  • Assisting senior professionals in developing and maintaining client relationships and supporting new business generation


THE CANDIDATE

Our client would like a candidate that satisfies the following criteria:

  • 2-3 years experience in investment banking with 1 to 2 years experience in infrastructure debt related role in an investment bank or lender
  • Strong presentation abilities and interpersonal skills, with a readiness to engage in client coverage and collaborate within a team
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly in cash flow and debt modeling
  • Highly motivated, able to perform well under pressure, results-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility from an early stage
