Job Description

We are looking for a customer service advisor to join a busy team, helping to support on the Customer Care and Repairs email in boxes and inbound calls. Customer Service Advisor Monday to Friday Sutton ( SM1 post code) Office based Temporary contract £17-18ph via umbrella As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be: Helping to respond to the customer care and repairs queries and complaints Dealing with triage Housing Management and Repairs calls Raising repairs and undertaking admin tasks for a busy Housing Management service Carrying out great customer service as required Logging all calls to the system and ensuring any follow-on work is adhered toAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will need: Experience in delivering a high-quality customer service across multiple channels; Phone, E-mail, Chat, social media etc Excellent listening skills, analysis of customer needs and applying appropriate resolution Good written and oral communications A proactive approach to responding to customer needs and expectations Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet customer's needs.
