Customer Service Consultant (French & Spanish Speaking Essential) Salary: £13.25 per hour + Uncapped Commission Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid and Remote working options after competent) Hours: 37 ½ hours per week (Weekend availability required) Contract: Temp to Perm Our client is seeking talented and enthusiastic French & Spanish speaking Travel Agents to join their team in Canary Wharf. You'll be providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our client’s European clientele. Main Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing enquiries and booking holidays. * Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experiences. * Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalised service. * Stay up-to-date on products, destinations, and promotions. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Skills/Experience Required: * Fluent in French, Spanish and English (written and spoken). * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. * Proven ability to influence and close sales. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.
