We are now looking to scale in the UK market and are already working with great retailers like The Hut Group and Cult Furniture.

Position Overview

Marketing is at the core of driving our growth to the next level in Claimlane.

As our new marketing specialist in the UK office you will be responsible for influencing and executing our marketing strategy in the UK and the US.

You will be working closely with and learning from our experienced marketing manager also based in the UK while owning the executing everything yourself which gives you an opportunity to grow extremely fast.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growth journey and shape marketing within the Company.

We are looking for a proactive marketer who can take ownership of projects from end to end and contribute to our long term success as a B2B SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality content (blogs, case studies, brochures) for the UK and US market, ensuring it resonates with the audience and aligns with our brand voice.
• Localise global content to ensure it’s culturally relevant and impactful.
• Incorporate SEO best practices to improve visibility on UK digital platforms.

Event Management:

• Plan and execute webinars and in-person events, managing logistics, promotion, and follow-up.

Social Media Management:

• Create and post engaging content to grow brand awareness.
• Monitor and report on social media performance.

Email Marketing:

• Design and execute email campaigns tailored to the UK and US audience.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and manage a segmented email list for targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a general marketing role.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write engaging copy for various formats (blogs, emails, social media).
• Experience in managing events from concept to execution.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience with email marketing tools.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in researching and analysing market trends, particularly within UK and US

Location and Compensation

Our UK office is in Redhill south of London, this is where you will be located.

We value our strong in-office work culture. Our team enjoys coming in, but everybody has the flexibility to design their work so it fits the individual lifestyles. This role is 4 days at the office and 1 day from home.

If you want to work remotely this role is not for you.

Our compensation package is competitive, and we offer an attractive warrants / stock program.

Our Hiring Process

1. Screening interview to determine if it’s mutually interesting (30 minutes)
2. Culture fit interview to determine if you fit our culture (1 - 2 hours)
3. Focused interview to dig into your marketing skills (1 hour)
4. Meet the team (30 minutes)
5. Reference interview
