We are looking for experienced Customer Service Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join Castell part of Sentric Safety Group.
The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of global customer orders and enquiries. Liaising with the internal and external technical sales team to deliver outstanding customer service. Key to the role is to act as the interface between industry and the customer by being the company’s first point of contact in assisting the clients with products and services.
