Job Description

We are pleased to announce a new job opening for an Admin Officer to join our client in Walthamstow. This part-time temporary position, facilitated through Sourcing Pro Recruitment, is expected to last for 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.


The role involves supporting the administrative team through various tasks, including:

  1. data entry, case creation, and efficiently processing requisitions for barristers and solicitors' fees.
  2. scanning documents, managing file transfers, liaising with team members and clients, uploading documents to electronic systems, and contacting relevant parties.

This position requires in-office attendance, as remote work is not permitted.


Candidates should possess:

  1. strong Excel skills
  2. excellent organizational abilities
  3. a positive attitude
  4. effective communication skills via telephone and email
  5. the ability to work independently is also essential.

The salary for this role is £12.09 per hour, with an increase to £13.98 per hour after 12 weeks of service.


The working hours are 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.


Successful applicants will undergo security checks, which typically take 2 to 3 weeks to complete, and all start dates are contingent upon the completion of these checks.
