Location: Camberley (4 days in the office and 1 working from home after a period of training)

Pay Range:

£26,000 - £34,000 per annum + uncapped commission

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of business development. Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Targeted Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
• Client Interaction: Attend meetings with business clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source and assess suitable candidates for vacancies, ensuring a perfect match between talent and opportunity.
• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Performance Metrics: Work towards targets and KPIs, driving results and maintaining quality standards.
