Employment Solicitor (Associate) sought for respected law firm in London. This is a growth hire offering the opportunity to work directly alongside one of the Industry’s leading Employment Partners.

The Firm

Our client is a mid-sized, prestigious law firm that has been established for over 200 years.

The firm advise HNW/UHNW families, real estate investors, landed estates, entrepreneurs, and businesses across a range of practice areas including Employment, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Corporate, and Private Client.

The firm boast the calibre of work of an International practice (competing with many on package including a favourable bonus scheme) but with more of a boutique size and feel.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor (Associate) to their growing employment practice that already advises senior executives, investment professionals, founders, athletes and businesses on contentious and non-contentious work, across the UK and Internationally.

This is a growth hire. The successful applicant would be working directly with one of the industry's leading employment law Partners, a 2024 Top Recommended individual (Spear's 500).

The firm have a billable hours target of under 1300 and you will benefit from a transparent bonus scheme that sees you earn percentages of your salary on billables above your target.

Requirements

• 4+ PQE Employment Solicitor qualified in England and Wales
• An interest in playing a pivotal role in the continued growth of the department
• Experience advising both employers and senior executives
