What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute CR’s sales strategy, driving new business across the UK and globally.
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, putting their needs first.
• Guide and support a talented team of Business Development Managers, empowering their growth.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to bring our brand and tools to life in a meaningful way.
• Stay ahead of market trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
• A collaborative, self-motivated mindset with a passion for sustainability
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing multiple workstreams
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
