Codi is a dedicated fractional marketing team for SaaS and Tech businesses. We provide strategic support and execution services for high-growth B2B SaaS businesses across the globe.


Our London-based team is growing and we’re looking to hire new talent to help deliver stellar output for our clients. It’s an exciting time to join the journey and work in a team where your input is truly valued and appreciated.


Role Overview:

We're looking for a self-starter at the beginning of their marketing career who is ambitious, eager to learn, and passionate about B2B marketing. This person will become our in-house HubSpot and Digital Marketing expert. You’ll have the support of an experienced marketing team but should also be comfortable figuring things out independently. We’re not expecting you to have every skill on day one, but you will be responsible for:


‍Admin & Marketing Support: Manage agendas and notes from client meetings, assign tasks to the team, coordinate follow-ups, and provide general administrative support.


HubSpot: Become our go-to HubSpot expert. Start by creating and sending newsletters, tracking performance, and then grow your expertise to take on segmentation, automations , building dashboard and more.


Digital Advertising: Begin by building ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google and reporting on performance. As your expertise grows, take on ad copywriting, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and detailed performance reporting.


✍️Content & Copywriting: Support the content team with reviewing, editing, and providing feedback on content. You’ll also write ad copy, craft emails and support on slide decks.


Events: Assist with both Codi and client’s event planning. From researching opportunities and coordinating event logistics to writing event briefs and following up on leads.


Outreach Campaigns: Working closely with the CEO you will craft and send outreach emails, report on performance and optimise these based on your learnings.


What you need to succeed:


Essential:


  • Strong self-starter who can proactively solve problems and find solutions independently
  • Keen self-learner with a desire to grow in B2B marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You’re a team player, a natural owner and reliable


Desirable:


  • Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in the tech sector
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google, Canva, and Notion
