Requirements

Individual

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong administration and data entry skills.
  • Proactive and motivated.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of inbound logistics.


Experience

  • Freight Forwarding (Ocean, Air, and Road freight).
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely bookings are made with shipping/airlines
  • Liaise with freight forwarding partner for any issues/exceptions with inbound shipments
  • Pull reports, identify and investigate issues
  • Pin point and track priority shipments
  • Controlled Import & Export (Air and Sea) documentation collation, including Customs Declarations.
  • Awareness and experience with different shipping terms (e.g., FCA, FOB, CIF, etc.)
