They supply their products to multiple sectors including travel, food service and food manufacturers across the UK and beyond. The Role The new Payroll & Administration Coordinator will support the HR Manager by processing of monthly payroll, and collating & processing UK data for c100 employees. You’ll perform a wide range of duties, including. * Perform end-to-end payroll processing whilst managing payroll-related processes, such as HMRC, company policies, and PAYE regulations. * Generate payroll reports * Prepare BACS * Manage and staff changes such as new starters, promotions, leavers, address changes etc * Assist the HR Manager with Ad-Hoc administration duties Your Skills & Experience To be considered as the new Payroll Administrator you will need. * Prior experience working in Payroll for a medium-sized business * Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation inc tax, NI and statutory payments * Advanced Excel (must be able to perform v-lookups & pivot tables etc) * Experienced with Sage 50 or similar * A people-focused and problem-solving attitude
