KS3 Teaching Assistant Milk Education is partnering with a well-regarded Secondary school in Liverpool to recruit a dedicated and compassionate KS3 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting as soon as possible. This KS3 Teaching Assistant position involves working one-to-one with a child in who has Autism and Complex Needs . The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and highly adaptable to the individual learning needs of the child. You will play a key role in supporting the pupil’s educational and emotional development within a structured and caring environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support for a KS3 pupils with Autism and Complex Needs Keep the child engaged and on task throughout the school day Prepare daily resources and support learning activities Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff Requirements: Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism and Complex Needs Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to supporting the child’s academic and emotional development This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s educational journey while gaining valuable experience in a supportive and welcoming school environment.
