THE ROLE
As Supply Chain Specialist, you will:
- Revolutionise and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand forecasts with supply and production schedules.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure supply readiness and forecast accuracy.
- Analyse demand trends, capacity constraints, and inventory levels to inform data-driven decisions.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including order processing, goods-in/out, inventory, and batch tracking reporting.
- Oversee smooth stock movements between suppliers, co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and distribution partners.
- Maintain accurate ERP data to support inventory control, order tracking, and material planning.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, capacity issues, and inventory imbalances.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives across supply chain and ERP systems.
- Ensure full batch traceability and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or demand planning (FMCG, food, or beverage industry preferred).
- Experience in building and implementing successful Supply & Operations demand planning tool/s.
- Strong ERP/WMS experience (familiarity with Cin7 or similar systems is a plus).
- Ability to analyse data, plan inventory movements, and optimise supply chain processes.
- Experience leading or participating in the S&OP process.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently without constant supervision.
- Understanding of batch traceability, shelf-life management, and third-party logistics operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
