Overview

The Butchers Recruiter are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage staff bookings at a busy contract in Coventry. You\'ll work from Friday to Monday, including being on-call to respond to urgent cover needs. Salary up to £17.00 per hour (depending on experience).

What you\'ll be doing

You will handle shift bookings, manage a pool of temporary staff, respond to last-minute requests, and ensure the site always has the staff it needs.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfilling orders for staffing
  • Talent acquisition and management
  • Updating and confirming bookings with workers and managers
  • Working closely with site teams to understand staffing needs
  • Keep records up to date - timesheets, shift lists, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience with staffing, scheduling or recruitment
  • Calm under pressure — able to manage last-minute changes
  • Good with people — workers, managers, agencies
  • Confident using spreadsheets, phones and booking tools

Working hours

You will be working 34 hours per week, starting from 12pm Friday, to 12pm Monday. Some on-call work is required to respond to urgent cover needs.
