Overview

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Facilities Engineer to join our expanding team on a full-time permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can provide high-quality scheduled, unplanned and reactive maintenance works to our clients' sites. It is expected that you can demonstrate knowledge in PPM works, roofing experience essential, drainage, joinery, and fabric works along with basic electrical and plumbing works; this is a physically demanding role. It is not expected to have a sound understanding of all skills, but a basic knowledge and ability to complete low-level works is required. This is a mobile position; therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to work across a magnitude of our client's sites across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled, unplanned and reactive maintenance works at client sites.
• Carry out PPMs, roofing, drainage, joinery and fabric works, plus basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Remain aware of physical demands of the role and perform low-level tasks with basic skills across multiple trades.
• Work across a mobile role, visiting a variety of client sites nationwide across multiple industries.
• Observe that the listed responsibilities may not be exhaustive.

Essential qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in this/ similar role, supported by references.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
