Are you an astute people leader who wants more than just another sales director position?

Tipped is working with a highly promising Ed-Tech business founded by 2 brilliant UK entrepreneurs and will sign their first £1m in ARR in 2024. The founders:

One, previously a Director of Data in the Expedia Group.

The other, a serial entrepeneur in Edtech.

This dynamic duo have been heavily funded by a UK venture partner and have since built out a sales and operations team for their business that operates an Ed-tech in the Data Analytics space.

Whilst they have a sales team and delivery arm in place, they are looking for a 'third head' to sit amongst them as the 'Commercial' head of the business and take over all things relating to sales and customer at the business.

This is an opportunity to have more than a job, but actually be a late stage co-founder in the business.

What will you get?

• The opportunity in influence company strategy, sales direction, pricing and partnerships
• Design and implement true customer journey the way you see it, including tools and pathways of your own choosing
• Take the position as a late stage co-founder, and bolster your CV and equity position in ways unmatchable by a typical SaaS leadership position

What will you bring?

• You've led, for at least 2 years, a team in technology/SaaS
• You're willing to lead from the front on sales deals. Be a player coach and bring the current sales team upto excellence by selling the Edtech program into existing data-driven businesses.
• You take huge accountability, you're ready to have the opportunity of your own business, but with the safety of an attractive salary and a strong dual co-founder relationship that will last a lifetime.
• You may even have understanding of the Apprenticeships Levy having worked in or around placement programs or apprenticeships software.
