Your new role 
As a Transport Administrator your role will involve:

  • Coordinate transport schedules and dispatch documentation
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office
  • Monitor and update transport logs, delivery notes, and compliance paperwork
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain service standards
What you'll need to succeed 
  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
