The role

A bit about the role

Everything – including the store, stock, standards, team, labour, customers and coffee – is yours to own and grow. Lead from the front and drive the store to new heights with your experience, resourcefulness and team.

Responsibilities

• Creating the perfect space for customers to enjoy coffee in the Newton Aycliffe store.
• Drumming up fresh ideas that meet customers’ evolving wants and needs.
• Taking ownership of controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, training, and reward and recognition.
• Inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service to guests.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Full P&L accountability.

Qualifications and profile

• Experience in leading a store team and inspiring them to strive for excellence.
• A commercial mind with the ability to think ahead and maximise sales opportunities.
• A brand ambassador who ensures attention to brand standards.
• An ambitious character wanting to be part of growth.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and execute at pace.
• Experience of managing, coaching and developing team members who could be future leaders.

• Up to £29,000 per annum dependent on experience.
