Our client, a leading high-end outdoor and performance brand, is searching for a Flagship Store Manager to lead their central London location. But this isn't just any retail position—we’re looking for someone exceptional, someone who embodies the spirit of adventure and luxury in equal measure.


About the Role:

As the Flagship Store Manager, you’ll be at the helm of daily operations, ensuring that every customer experience reflects the brand’s commitment to both high performance and luxury. Your background might be in retail, travel, or hospitality, but what truly matters is your passion—or growing passion—for adventure, travel, and the great outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver an exceptional brand experience that resonates with our customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by sharing expert knowledge in expedition apparel and extreme travel.
  • Curate display and merchandising, ensuring a "wow" factor that mirrors the brand’s luxurious yet adventurous spirit.
  • Drive sales of our client’s products and expedition experiences, ensuring profitability and surpassing sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team, inspiring them to deliver their best.
  • Coordinate in-store events that engage and captivate the adventurous spirit of our customers.
  • Manage stock and logistics in collaboration with the Ops team.
  • Maintain high standards in compliance with health and safety legislation.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in luxury retail or hospitality sales.
  • Knowledge of technical apparel, materials, construction, or performance.
  • A deep-seated passion for the outdoors and adventure.
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Experience with high-quality brand activation and presentation.


Salary: Up to £70k + commission
