HAIL Partners are excited to be working with a boutique, real estate firm based in the West End, London. This is an Office Manager and Executive Assistant role and will be responsible for the management of the London head office.


Responsibilities:


Office Management:

  • Office management including facilities, visitor management, scheduling meetings and booking
  • Event management including team events internally and externally.
  • Supplier management, tech implementation, and managing third parties to ensure a fully functioning head office environment.
  • Ownership of facilities management
  • Managing company health and safety policies including managing day to day H&S


HR:

  • HR support including recruiting, onboarding new starters, assisting with reviews and documentation.


EA:

  • Supporting the Exec and senior leadership team in diary management, coordinating across the business and managing team schedules.
  • Travel supporting including booking and managing travel, working with travel provider to create itineraries.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
